The Book of Zatara is an ancient spellbook that belongs to Zatanna that is similar to Isobel's spell book.

Early HistoryEdit

The book once belonged to John Zatara, a magician, before it was acquired by Lex Luthor.

Season EightEdit

John's daughter, Zatanna, discovered it to be in Metropolis and asked Oliver Queen to get it.

Zatanna wanted the book to resurrect her father, but the rule was a life for a life, as in she had to trade in her own life for his return. When Clark Kent managed to convince her to stop the magic, she decided to read more to become very good at it.
