Season Six
Later, when Lana Luthor suffered complications during her pregnancy, her usual doctor, Dr. Langston, was nowhere to be found. Lex brought Dr. Albright in to manage Lana's care. She was forced to tell the couple that Lana had miscarried their child. While Lana was in the hospital, she and Lex had many private conversations out of Lana's earshot, suggesting she might have been aware that Lana's pregnancy was faked.
