Phil Morris is a American actor who played the recurring character John Jones in sixth season episodes Labyrinth and Phantom. Previously, the character was played by an unknown actor in a cameo of episode Static. Morris reprised his role in the seventh season episodes Bizarro and Cure and eight season premiere Odyssey and episode Bulletproof, as well in the nine season episodes Absolute Justice, Part 1, Absolute Justice, Part 2, Checkmate, and season finale Salvation. He is famous for his portrayal of Jackie Chiles in the NBC sitcom Seinfeld.
