Troy Turner was a student at Smallville High School. He was portrayed by the Canadian actor Jesse Hutch.
Personality
Troy was a good athlete, but a bully.
Season One
Troy used to pick on Amy Palmer until her brother Jeff created an invisibility cream and attacked him.
Season Two
One year later, Troy dated Chrissy Parker, who had the ability to suck the youth out of people. During a swim match, she gave him a "good luck kiss" which made him rapidly age. He dove in the pool as a 17-year old boy, but was pulled out as a 60-year old man. They were unable to revive him and he drowned.
